VATICAN CITY (CNS) - Early in the morning on Nov. 23, the Vatican's Christmas tree arrived on the bed of a truck in St. Peter's Square at the Vatican. The 90-feet-tall tree from the Maira Valley near Turin, Italy, will be lighted Dec. 9. After Christmas the wood will be made into toys and donated to Caritas.
